Course Description

Participants MUST get MCNP® and the Visual Editor 61 from RSICC prior to the class.  Email proof by following the steps in this .pdf file.  You must email this proof to Randy Schwarz with your registration.

Click here for useful information about using Visplot 6.1 with 6.2 input files.

The class will focus on advanced topics in tallies and variance reduction.  This is a truly interactive workshop in which you bring your MCNP® problem that we will improve throughout the week. Our goal is to review, optimize, and otherwise enhance your problem and your effectiveness in addressing similar problems in the future. You will also see the suggestions provided on other real-world problems provided by the other participants. Tutorials will be presented on topics of common interest.  For more information, click here.

For example, consulting could be in using the Visual Editor, geometry creation, tallies, variance reduction, or data visualization.

If you have a current MCNP® task that you are struggling with for which you need results, this is the workshop for you!
